• Today I am grateful my Grampa's dogs are staying with us and I get paid to feed them. Not only do I get to hang out with dogs I love, but I get money for it!

Getting a balloon at the grocery store!

Abbey's balloon went on a trip to Picacho Peak to pick up big brother's friend for a sleep over. It made it home. As she was playing with it in the front yard, it hit a bush and Pop! the balloon was gone. She was sad for a moment and then she said, "Let's go get another!" I had nothing pressing, so I said yes. The two of us went to Safeway and she wanted to go in alone to get her replacement balloon. I sat outside on the bench waiting for her. I heard, "Mom!" I thought she needed help, but she skipped out of the store and told me all about the nice girl who gave her another balloon for free because hers popped. She was so excited.
